Before submitting an event, please create a free Time.ly account using your APAP email and password.

Follow these steps:

  • Click “Add Event.”
    • A pop-up will appear asking for your email and password.
    • At the bottom of that form, click “Sign Up” to create your account.
    • Tip: Use the same email and password as your APAP login.
  • Under “Organizer”:
    • Enter the name of your organization (or your name if you’re an independent artist).
    • Use the same name listed under your APAP membership to help us verify your membership and make it easier for others to find you in the Membership Directory.
    • If your name or organization doesn’t appear in the list, click “New” to add it.
  • In the Event Description:
    • Include a link to the event so it appears on the public calendar.
    • You can hyperlink the event by copying and pasting it from Word into the description field.
