Before submitting an event, please create a free Time.ly account using your APAP email and password.
Follow these steps:
Click “Add Event.”
A pop-up will appear asking for your email and password.
At the bottom of that form, click “Sign Up” to create your account.
Tip: Use the same email and password as your APAP login.
Under “Organizer”:
Enter the name of your organization (or your name if you’re an independent artist).
Use the same name listed under your APAP membership to help us verify your membership and make it easier for others to find you in the Membership Directory.
If your name or organization doesn’t appear in the list, click “New” to add it.
In the Event Description:
Include a link to the event so it appears on the public calendar.
You can hyperlink the event by copying and pasting it from Word into the description field.
