Artist Talk: Malia Jenson

Malia Jensen’s public-facing sculpture, Endless Pigeons, provides an urbane and humorous conversation on the sacred nature of both monuments and modern art. The subject may appear to be the humble pigeon, common to cities worldwide, but as suggested by the artist, “the real subject is the act of observation itself.” During her artist talk, Jensen will share her 10-year dream, and the satirical, witty concepts behind the process, and the making of Endless Pigeons.
