Calling all Beer Lovers! Saint Patrick’s Day is just around the corner and after all the celebration chances are you’ll be awash in leftover brew. The Question is – how to make the best of all those suds? Our chefs will show you a few of our favorite recipes to incorporate these brews into your favorite foods! You’ll enjoy working alongside other students to create your own works of art. After mastering a few basics, you’ll be able to treat family and friends to the same delicious creations at home!
Menu: Beer Cheese Dip with MM Fresh Baked Pretzels, Beer and Chorizo Sloppy Joes, Boozy Brats, Guinness and Vanilla Floats
What to Expect: In our Beer cooking class –
Students will watch the chefs create some dishes and create some of their own.
Students will receive a generous taste of each dish, whether they make it themselves or the chefs demonstrate it.
Each guest will receive a Guinness Float. Or NA beverage for those under 21.
Classes are limited in size.
You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
You will be able to eat your creations, or bring home if you choose.
