Yoga Buddies
Wednesday mornings from 9:30am - 10:30am. Please join us for 40 minutes of very gentle yoga and stretching exercises, followed by a 5-minute relaxation/meditation time. These exercises are geared to helping us stay active as older adults; no yoga experience is necessary. For information, contact Anne Jones at amm5246@gmail.com.
